Ben Brown is a Sydney based designer and artist. Ben has been drawing for a mixed variety of clients for over twenty years. His client list includes Silverchair, Nirvana, Fat Boy Slim, Frenzal Rhomb, Pearl Jam, Red Bull, Mambo, Insight, Hurley, Volcom and many more!!
Ben's work feature a consistent theme of skulls, celebrities and bones all with a realistic/cartoon/pop-art/surf-art twist - his style is a little bit hard to describe but you sure know a Ben Brown piece when you see it!!
We teamed up with Ben for both our Death Dogz and Coughin' T-Shirts in our Summer 2013 range and more recently for our Vulture print in our current Summer 2014 range. Initially, we gave Ben a run-down of what we wanted along with a few stick-figure reference drawings and waited. About 2-3 weeks later an email came through and after seeing the final artwork we nearly fell off our chairs. He has absolutely nailed every brief down to the finest detail. Instantly we knew we had to find out more about this art wizard.
