THE SUNDAY SESH // BOHEMIAN COCKTAIL

This Sunday Sesh we are raising our glasses to the Bohemian Cocktail!

Now, this is the section of the blurb where I usually give you a bit of background on the cocktail. Including such facts as who invented it (-or claims they did) and a little bit of history on the country of origin and Inspiration for the drink in question. But since I can't seem to find any sources on the internet except for companies selling Elder Flower Liqueur, and I'm nearly finished filling up a paragraph of information with useless word count chatter, lets move on to the recipe!

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 Oz of Gin
• 1 Oz of Elderflower liqueur
• 3/4 Oz of Fresh grapefruit juice
• 2 Dashes of Bitters
• For the Foam use 1 fresh egg white & 1/2 Oz Elderflower liqueur

Method:

• Combine bohemian ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a cup of ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
• For the foam: Combine egg whites and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously (with no ice), for 30 seconds until egg whites are foamy. Top the Bohemian cocktail with egg white foam and serve.
• Make another round, and repeat.
