If you like a drink with some bite, give this classic New Orleans concoction a try. This original recipe includes Absinthe. However the banning of 'The Green Fairy' for a period of time ( Due causing hallucinations ) and the American Prohibition Era, has resulted in many variations to the ingredients included in this cocktail as it was adapted throughout the decades. Legend has it that the Sazerac also may have been America's first cocktail!
