No time to explain - Get into a Side-car! This Sunday Sesh we are raising our glasses to one of the classics!

The first simple recipes for the Sidecar appear in 1922 just after World War One. Also known as the "French School" as it was believed to have originated from France. Their are many variants to the measurement of ingredients, so you can differ the balance according to taste. So dust off that cocktail shaker and get in!

Ingredients:

1/2 Brandy
1/4 Cointreau
1/4 Lemon Juice

Method:

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve. Garnish with a slice of lemon, or nothing at all.
Make another round, and repeat.
